but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding. - [10:14](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.14/) — חֲכָמִים יִצְפְּנוּ־דָעַת וּפִֽי־אֱוִיל מְחִתָּה קְרֹבָֽה׃ — Wise men lay up knowledge; but the foolish die for want of understanding. - [10:22](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.22/) — בִּרְכַּת יְהוָה הִיא תַעֲשִׁיר וְלֹֽא־יוֹסִף עֶצֶב עִמָּֽהּ׃ — The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and toil addeth nothing thereto. - [10:23](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.23/) — כִּשְׂחוֹק לִכְסִיל עֲשׂוֹת זִמָּה וְחָכְמָה לְאִישׁ תְּבוּנָֽה׃ — It is as sport to a fool to do wickedness, and so is wisdom to a man of discernment. - [10:24](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.24/) — מְגוֹרַת רָשָׁע הִיא תְבוֹאֶנּוּ וְתַאֲוַת צַדִּיקִים יִתֵּֽן׃ — The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him; and the desire of the righteous shall be granted. - [10:25](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.25/) — כַּעֲבוֹר סוּפָה וְאֵין רָשָׁע וְצַדִּיק יְסוֹד עוֹלָֽם׃ — When the whirlwind passeth, the wicked is no more; but the righteous is an everlasting foundation. - [10:26](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.26/) — כַּחֹמֶץ ׀ לַשִּׁנַּיִם וְכֶעָשָׁן לָעֵינָיִם כֵּן הֶעָצֵל לְשֹׁלְחָֽיו׃ — As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him. - [10:27](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.27/) — יִרְאַת יְהוָה תּוֹסִיף יָמִים וּשְׁנוֹת רְשָׁעִים תִּקְצֹֽרְנָה׃ — The fear of the LORD prolongeth days; but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. - [10:28](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.10.28/) — תּוֹחֶלֶת צַדִּיקִים שִׂמְחָה וְתִקְוַת רְשָׁעִים תֹּאבֵֽד׃ — The hope of the righteous is gladness;
