but his favour is as dew upon the grass. - [19:13](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.19.13/) — הַוֺּת לְאָבִיו בֵּן כְּסִיל וְדֶלֶף טֹרֵד מִדְיְנֵי אִשָּֽׁה׃ — A foolish son is the calamity of his father; and the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping. - [19:14](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.19.14/) — בַּיִת וָהוֹן נַחֲלַת אָבוֹת וּמֵיְהוָה אִשָּׁה מַשְׂכָּֽלֶת׃ — House and riches are the inheritance of fathers; but a prudent wife is from the LORD. - [19:15](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.19.15/) — עַצְלָה תַּפִּיל תַּרְדֵּמָה וְנֶפֶשׁ רְמִיָּה תִרְעָֽב׃ — Slothfulness casteth into a deep sleep; and he that hath it shall abide satisfied, he shall not be visited with evil. - [19:24](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.19.24/) — טָמַן עָצֵל יָדוֹ בַּצַּלָּחַת גַּם־אֶל־פִּיהוּ לֹא יְשִׁיבֶֽנָּה׃ — The sluggard burieth his hand in the dish, and will not so much as bring it back to his mouth. - [19:25](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/ketuvim/PRO.19.25/) — לֵץ תַּכֶּה וּפֶתִי יַעְרִם וְהוֹכִיחַ לְנָבוֹן יָבִין דָּֽעַת׃ — When thou smitest a scorner, the simple will become prudent;
