When thou hast ceased to spoil, thou shalt be spoiled; and when thou art weary with dealing treacherously, they shall deal treacherously with thee. - [33:2](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.2/) — יְהוָה חָנֵּנוּ לְךָ קִוִּינוּ הֱיֵה זְרֹעָם לַבְּקָרִים אַף־יְשׁוּעָתֵנוּ בְּעֵת צָרָֽה׃ — O LORD, be gracious unto us; we have waited for Thee; be Thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble. - [33:3](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.3/) — מִקּוֹל הָמוֹן נָדְדוּ עַמִּים מֵרוֹמְמֻתֶךָ נָפְצוּ גּוֹיִֽם׃ — At the noise of the tumult the peoples are fled; at the lifting up of Thyself the nations are scattered. - [33:4](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.4/) — וְאֻסַּף שְׁלַלְכֶם אֹסֶף הֶֽחָסִיל כְּמַשַּׁק גֵּבִים שׁוֹקֵק בּֽוֹ׃ — And your spoil is gathered as the caterpillar gathereth; as locusts leap do they leap upon it. - [33:5](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.5/) — נִשְׂגָּב יְהוָה כִּי שֹׁכֵן מָרוֹם מִלֵּא צִיּוֹן מִשְׁפָּט וּצְדָקָֽה׃ — The LORD is exalted, for He dwelleth on high; He hath filled Zion with justice and righteousness. - [33:6](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.6/) — וְהָיָה אֱמוּנַת עִתֶּיךָ חֹסֶן יְשׁוּעֹת חָכְמַת וָדָעַת יִרְאַת יְהוָה הִיא אוֹצָרֽוֹ׃ס — And the stability of thy times shall be a hoard of salvation — wisdom and knowledge, and the fear of the LORD which is His treasure. - [33:7](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.7/) — הֵן אֶרְאֶלָּם צָעֲקוּ חֻצָה מַלְאֲכֵי שָׁלוֹם מַר יִבְכָּיֽוּן׃ — Behold, their valiant ones cry without; the ambassadors of peace weep bitterly. - [33:8](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.8/) — נָשַׁמּוּ מְסִלּוֹת שָׁבַת עֹבֵר אֹרַח הֵפֵר בְּרִית מָאַס עָרִים לֹא חָשַׁב אֱנֽוֹשׁ׃ — The highways lie waste, the wayfaring man ceaseth; he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities, he regardeth not man. - [33:9](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.9/) — אָבַל אֻמְלְלָה אָרֶץ הֶחְפִּיר לְבָנוֹן קָמַל הָיָה הַשָּׁרוֹן כָּֽעֲרָבָה וְנֹעֵר בָּשָׁן וְכַרְמֶֽל׃ — The land mourneth and languisheth; Lebanon is ashamed, it withereth; Sharon is like a wilderness; and Bashan and Carmel are clean bare. - [33:10](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.10/) — עַתָּה אָקוּם יֹאמַר יְהוָה עַתָּה אֵֽרוֹמָם עַתָּה אֶנָּשֵֽׂא׃ — Now will I arise, saith the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift Myself up. - [33:11](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.11/) — תַּהֲרוּ חֲשַׁשׁ תֵּלְדוּ קַשׁ רוּחֲכֶם אֵשׁ תֹּאכַלְכֶֽם׃ — Ye conceive chaff, ye shall bring forth stubble; your breath is a fire that shall devour you. - [33:12](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.12/) — וְהָיוּ עַמִּים מִשְׂרְפוֹת שִׂיד קוֹצִים כְּסוּחִים בָּאֵשׁ יִצַּֽתּוּ׃ס — And the peoples shall be as the burnings of lime; as thorns cut down, that are burned in the fire. - [33:13](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.13/) — שִׁמְעוּ רְחוֹקִים אֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתִי וּדְעוּ קְרוֹבִים גְּבֻרָתִֽי׃ — Hear, ye that are far off, what I have done; and, ye that are near, acknowledge My might. - [33:14](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.14/) — פָּחֲדוּ בְצִיּוֹן חַטָּאִים אָחֲזָה רְעָדָה חֲנֵפִים מִי ׀ יָגוּר לָנוּ אֵשׁ אוֹכֵלָה מִי־יָגוּר לָנוּ מוֹקְדֵי עוֹלָֽם׃ — The sinners in Zion are afraid; trembling hath seized the ungodly: 'Who among us shall dwell with the devouring fire? Who among us shall dwell with everlasting burnings?' - [33:15](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.15/) — הֹלֵךְ צְדָקוֹת וְדֹבֵר מֵֽישָׁרִים מֹאֵס בְּבֶצַע מַעֲשַׁקּוֹת נֹעֵר כַּפָּיו מִתְּמֹךְ בַּשֹּׁחַד אֹטֵם אָזְנוֹ מִשְּׁמֹעַ דָּמִים וְעֹצֵם עֵינָיו מֵרְאוֹת בְּרָֽע׃ — He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from looking upon evil; - [33:16](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.16/) — הוּא מְרוֹמִים יִשְׁכֹּן מְצָדוֹת סְלָעִים מִשְׂגַּבּוֹ לַחְמוֹ נִתָּן מֵימָיו נֶאֱמָנִֽים׃ — He shall dwell on high; his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks; his bread shall be given, his waters shall be sure. - [33:17](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.17/) — מֶלֶךְ בְּיָפְיוֹ תֶּחֱזֶינָה עֵינֶיךָ תִּרְאֶינָה אֶרֶץ מַרְחַקִּֽים׃ — Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty; they shall behold a land stretching afar. - [33:18](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/neviim/ISA.33.18/) — לִבְּךָ יֶהְגֶּה אֵימָה אַיֵּה סֹפֵר אַיֵּה שֹׁקֵל אַיֵּה סֹפֵר אֶת־הַמִּגְדָּלִֽים׃ — Thy heart shall muse on the terror: 'Where is he that counted, where is he that weighed?
