- [101](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/101/) — ‘I will think about that,’ said the wife.
- [102](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/102/) — Then they went to bed: but Dame Ilsabill could not sleep all night for thinking what she should be next.
- [103](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/103/) — At last, as she was dropping asleep, morning broke, and the sun rose.
- [104](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/104/) — ‘Ha!’ thought she, as she woke up and looked at it through the window, ‘after all I cannot prevent the sun rising.’
- [105](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/105/) — At this thought she was very angry, and wakened her husband, and said, ‘Husband, go to the fish and tell him I must be lord of the sun and moon.’
- [106](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/106/) — The fisherman was half asleep, but the thought frightened him so much that he started and fell out of bed.
- [107](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/107/) — ‘Alas, wife!’ said he, ‘cannot you be easy with being pope?’
- [108](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/108/) — ‘No,’ said she, ‘I am very uneasy as long as the sun and moon rise without my leave.
- [109](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/109/) — Go to the fish at once!’
- [110](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/110/) — Then the man went shivering with fear; and as he was going down to the shore a dreadful storm arose, so that the trees and the very rocks shook.
- [111](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/111/) — And all the heavens became black with stormy clouds, and the lightnings played, and the thunders rolled; and you might have seen in the sea great black waves, swelling up like mountains with crowns of white foam upon their heads.
- [112](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/112/) — And the fisherman crept towards the sea, and cried out, as well as he could:
- [113](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/113/) — ‘O man of the sea!
- [114](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/114/) — Hearken to me!
- [115](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/115/) — My wife Ilsabill Will have her own will, And hath sent me to beg a boon of thee!’
- [116](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/116/) — ‘What does she want now?’ said the fish.
- [117](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/117/) — ‘Ah!’ said he, ‘she wants to be lord of the sun and moon.’
- [118](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/118/) — ‘Go home,’ said the fish, ‘to your pigsty again.’
- [119](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg2591/11/119/) — And there they live to this very day.
