" - [136](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/136/) — Oh! let me go, let me go," cried the terrified rat. " - [137](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/137/) — Oh! let him go," squealed all the company. " - [138](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/138/) — It is his wedding day." - [139](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/139/) — "No, no," replied the cat. " - [140](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/140/) — Not unless you do something for me. - [141](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/141/) — Listen. - [142](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/142/) — The ogress, who lives in that house with the prince and his wife, has swallowed a ring, which I very much want. - [143](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/143/) — If you will procure it for me, I will allow the rat to depart unharmed. - [144](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/144/) — If you do not, then your prince dies under my feet." - [145](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/145/) — "Very well, we agree," said they all. " - [146](https://md.mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/tales/pg7128/16/146/) — Nay, if we do not get the ring for you, devour us all."
