### note

Plural: classes. A group: classes × students each = students. Trap: the number of classes is not the number of students. «cohort» and «teaching group» in an exam mean a class. «class!» in UK and Irish slang means great, with no number meaning. «grade 3» (USA) is about «year 4» (UK).
