### sense in the lessons

In the Tanakh and Jewish tradition: In Genesis it means pitched or shifted camp, and in the flood story it means living creatures that went about on the earth. In the psalms, "never be moved" means to stay steady and safe, and "moved" can also mean urged or stirred to do something. Interpretation: Abram's moving his tent shows a wandering life of tents, with an altar built wherever he settled. The psalms see the righteous person as firm and unshaken. Chronicles says Satan "moved" David to count Israel, which tradition reads as an urging that led him to sin. In the primary lessons: an action already done: things taken from one group to another, or a family that went to a new home; in stories it often tells a change of place or a deep feeling
