Do not mix fell and fallen: «It fell» (past simple) but «It has fallen» (needs has/have/had). «Fallen» is never used alone as the past: not «It fallen». Do not confuse with «felled», which means cut down (a tree). In maths, «fallen by 5» means decreased by 5.
