### note

Spelt with «-ally»: typically (not «typicly»). Say «TIP-ik-lee». From «typical». In maths, «typically» does not mean «always»: there can be exceptions. «Typically» is close to «usually» but sounds more formal; for a moan it shows the speaker expected something bad.
