Sm and most), but custom obscure (v. Da), and text dub.; זְמֹרַת זָר (cf. Ew§ 287 b) Is 17:10 twigs of a strange one (i.e. of a strange god) fig. of idolatrous cults adopted by Isr.; ז׳ pl. in fig. of Israelites Na 2:3.
