(so Qr), cf. Di. Pf. הֵנִיא Nu 30:6, etc.; Impf. יָנִיא v 9, יָנִי ψ 141:5, תְּנִיאוּן Nu 32:7 Qr;— restrain, forbid (performance of vow), sq. acc. pers.
