CISiv. no. 1, 3 etc.; Assyrian in rêbitu, open place; Aramaic רְחַב in deriv.);—Qal Pf. 3 ms. ר׳ פִּי 1 S 2:1, + עַל against (i.e. to devour, in fig.; cf. Hiph.); consec. וּפָחַד וְר׳ לְבָבֵךְ Is 60:5 be widened, enlarged, relieved, and expanded with joy (cf.
